Step 1. get your base and crop it, and duplicate you’re base once and set it to screen 100% opacity .

Step 2. Add a new adjustment layer for selective color [Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color]
Set these following settings:
Red's:  -100, +37, +100, 0
Yellow's: -100, 0, +100, 0
Neutrals:  +16, -8, -17, 0

Step 3. Add a new adjustment layer for selective color [Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color]
Set these following settings:
Red's: -100, 0, +100, 0
Yellow's: 0, 0, +100, 0
Neutrals: +17, +12, +12, 0

Step 4. Add a new adjustment layer for Channel Mixer[Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer]
Set these following Settings:
Red: 114, -14, 0
Blue: -14, +16, +100

And You are Done!
