Step 1. get your base and crop it, and duplicate you’re base once and set it to screen 100% opacity .

Step 2. Add a new adjustment layer for selective color [Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color]
Set these following settings:
Red's: -100, -23, +100, 0
Yellow's: -100, 0, -100, 0
Neutrals: +21, -14, -26, 0

Step 3. Add a new adjustment layer for Hue/Saturation[Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation]
Set these following settings:
Saturation: +39

Step 4. Add a new adjustment layer for Color Balance[Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance]
Set these following Settings:
Mid: +29, -8, -25
Shadows: -21, -20, -21

Step 5. Add a new adjustment Layer for Channel Mixer[Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer.]
Set these following Settings:
Red: +98, -22, 0
Blue: -24, +48, +100

And You're Down.
You're Icons should look like this:
